My ds is really liking the History Pockets that we are doing and I was wondering it there are similar programs for other subjects like science or literature? He is in 3rd grade.

For sure there are Literature Pockets, we're using one for K-1 - Folktales and Fairytales. Here's a list of the ones suitable for Grade 3:

For science, we have a few, although I don't think they are like "pockets". We have the Giant Science Resource Book for grades 1-6. They have dozens more in detailed topics, like Animals with Backbones, Simple Machines, Energy, etc...
