TWO YEARS straight. my longest yet!
My 2nd youngest (DD2) just turned 2 today and i have nursed her since she was 5 mins old. At that time she latched on and stayed there for an hour, then proceeded to nurse every 20 mins for the first 3 days of her life.
She nursed throught colds, coughs, viruses, bumps, bruises, slips, trips and falis, tantrums and teething, it even helped her after she broke her arm at 18 months old.
Now she is sharing with her baby sister, 1 month old DD3.
She nursed my entrie pregnancy with DD3
She likes to nurse at the same time as baby, earlier today i had them both on the go and laid my head back a sec while i relaxed and when i looked down again i saw DD2 was holding DD3's hand while they both lay there nursing. it was so cute
right, enought reminising, i have a birthday cake to bake, if DD3 will let me get off there chair long enought!! lol
