I am taking zyflamend for tendonitis in my wrist. I just re-read the ingredients and it looks like some of the ingredients are pretty powerful antivirals. With flu season fast approaching - I'm wondering about this. Here are the ingredients:

Hmm, I had not thought about using Zyflamend for its anitviral properties, but now that you mention it, it makes sense. Zyflamend is best know for it's ability to reduce inflammation and to help with things like arthritis and sports injuries, but it's also being studied for its possible effectiveness at treating prostate cancer. I don't know if I'd go to Zyflamend if I were only looking for an anti-viral, but if you're already taking it for an anti-inflammatory, then it should definitely provide some added benefits in terms of anti-viral properties. It really is a great supplement.
