I love, love, LOVE Muse. I adore Supermassive Black Hole and Map of the Problematique but like a lot of the other tunes. I'm really digging Uprising, too.

I'm a Muse junkie. I'm not as into their earlier albums though, and Black Holes was not my favorite either. No, I definitely, definitely am an Absolution girl. That album just gets into my soul and I can't escape the Lurve. I am, however, really enjoying the new album and I think it might just be up there with Absolution, which is great because I was a little disappointed after Black Holes was released.

I'm not sure of the names of Resistance songs yet but my favorite songs from their other albums are Starlight, Unintended, In Your World, Butterflies and Hurricanes, Blackout, Thoughts of a Dying Atheist, and Time is Running Out. I'm totally blanking on some of their other albums but I'm sure I'll think of more to love about them.

I saw Muse in concert in 2004 before they were really a big deal and it was awesome. I have a total crush on Matthew Bellamy. Black hair, blue eyes, and can sing and play piano. What more is there to want?

I love Hysteria and Endlessly from Absolution...what other songs do you like from that album?
My favorite album from Resistance is Undisclosed Desires. I cannot.stop. listening to this song. Totally addicted.

I love Starlight and Unintended...And you know, I'm not familiar with the other songs you mentioned! I just recently started listening to them. I'll check them out on youtube!

I love Muse. My son plays guitar and has a few Muse songs that he plays for me. I really like over the top bands.

Awesome!!! Off to check out Franz Ferdinand. Any particular song you recommend to start of with? I want to get the best first impression.

I just got into Muse over the last few months, when I found out they were Twilight author Stephenie Meyer's favorite band. From her description, and the other music she likes, I had a feeling I'd love them, and I do! They're amazingly awesome. I tried to describe their sound to a friend, and it's so hard; they just have their own unique sound!

My daughter has the Absolution CD, so I played that one to death, and I'm recently getting into their other stuff. "Endlessly" is such a sweet, sad song, and I think my favorite of theirs. I also love "Hysteria", and "Butterflies and Hurricanes". "Supermassive Black Hole" was my intro to them, since it's in the Twilight movie, and I like it a lot, although it doesn't really sound like their other stuff.

I saw Muse open for U2 at Giant's Stadium on 9/23, and was blown away. They were amazing live! They almost trumped U2, which is a hard thing to do, since U2 puts on an amazing show. It was sad to see that the audience didn't really know them. However, they're getting a lot of airplay on one of the better rock stations in NYC, so there's hope yet.

Every year on my birthday I listen to "Blackout" from Absolution. It's a tradition that's been going on for five years this year. November 5, I stay up till midnight, at midnight I turn on "Blackout" and ring in my birthday with the song. Birthdays are depressing to me, and "Blackout" just seems to fit. Love it.

I am still totally in love with The Resistance. It's so great. I am so relieved - I really did not like Black Holes that much so to have a new Muse album that I actually love is a great treat
