want an emergency stash; don't want to increase supply

So it hit me today that if somethign were to happen to me, DD has nothing as a back up food source. Sure, there's forumula, but I'd rather have my breastmilk for her.

I have a problem with overactive letdown, so I really don't want to increase my supply, just want a few days worth of frozen milk.

How do I go about doing this??

(Yes, this is due to feeling a bit hysterical about getting sick...I am coming down with the flu and thought, "what if I were to need to be hospitalized??")

If you only pumped once a day, surely there wouldn't be a huge increase in milk supply?
Wondering this myself. The LC at our hospital said to pump once daily after the first feeding of the day to build a stash.
