Question about Fish Sauce

Does it have a shelf life? I bought some several years ago and haven't used it. Well now I found a recipe that calls for it.

Not really - assuming it's the real stuff. It's got such a high salt content that it can last fairly indefinitely. I know the bottle in my cabinet is at least 5 years old and I still use it (they need to make smaller bottles for people like me).

Okay good. Cause mine is probably that old too. Its a big bottle too.
