A line, a very, very, very faint line is still...

a line right? Is that the right way to read that? My period is a couple days late. I really shouldn't be pregnant this month--used condoms until 3 days ago, since 3 days before my period *should* be the safe time. Right? I'm super regular too. I get my period every new moon, like clockwork. New moon was Thursday.

I'm going to test tomorrow. How accurate are those faint lines? Like is it definitely a +? Or could it be a fake positive? If I test tomorrow & there's no line, that means I was never pregnant, right? And if the line is darker, well, that answers that question.

I'm so torn between being and . It's soooooooo not a good time to be pregnant again, financially speaking. I mean, we are living with my MIL. And I *know* once she gets wind of it we will be out on our bottoms! Thankfully I'm plus sized, so it will be a while before there will be 'visual' proof.

But I've had baby fever since ds was 1. I held off because of 1) bf and 2) no one here would touch me for a VBAC until 2 years between birth & conception have passed. So it's a 'good' physical time. But no money for a midwife. Maybe I'll UC.

AAAAAAAAAAAACCCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKK!!!

A line is a line as long as:
it came up in the time limit on the test (5-10 minutes... i dont trust anything after 5 myself)
and it is pink (blue dye tests give false positives too often so I suggest staying away from those, and pink dye tests sometimes you can see the antibody strip, where a bfp line would be... but it wont be pink. sometimes they might look a tad pink, but unless it IS a PINK line... its not a bfp)

If you test again tomorrow and theres no second line, it does not necessarily mean you are not pregnant... but if you get a darker, easier to see line, yes that does mean you are.

If you had any stress whatsoever about 2 weeks back... sickness, nerves, argument, anything at all... or your DS upped his BF... then you COULD possibly have just Oed late and not actually be late for AF

Good to know about the O-ing late.

Well, AF came. I started spotting mid-afternoon & soon had a light flow. Ah well, it was fun to think I might be pregnant. Definitely lifted my mood.

Of course, the whole non-starving/not going to be homeless outcome made my day as well.

Hopefully we can fix this financial stuff soon so I can get a chance to actively ttc.
