Is a vaccinated child contagious?

I have a 6 week old. My sister has a 9 month old and does have her vaccinated. My niece just got her 9mo vaccinations and the flu shot. Is she contagious with anything? Should I wait for a certain amount of time before visiting with my sister and niece, with my baby?

Thank you.

They don't get any live vaccines at 9 months so she will not be shedding anything.

The only live vax given before 1 year is rotovirus...Not sure exactly when they get that one though

The nasal mist seasonal flu sheds and is therefore contagious. But I don't think that it is given intranasally until age two.

If you are nursing your child, there is no worry. Besides as someone mentioned, "live" vaccines are not given until the child is 12 months. MMR

ETA: if you wear your child, chances are extremely slim that she would get infected from another child no matter what, since she would have to come in contact with that child's saliva or stool.
