I have not posted much, but have enjoyed reading all of your posts. I had an amazing experience. The total time was about 22 hours. 4 hours from a dilation of 6 to the birth of my baby boy Finn. Pushing was the hardest part for me, squatting was the best position. I can't believe I did it. The only part that was not perfect was that I tore 3rd degree. His hand came out with his head, and I probably pushed too hard and fast. But all in all I found strength in Jesus to help me through every part of my labor and delivery. The hospital that I am at has been nothing but amazing! Hope this is encouraging to you all!

Yay for Baby Finn and Mom! Congratulations as what you did is a very hard thing to do! I wouldn't know personally as I have never delivered VBAC and with no drugs but I also couldn't imagine the strength needed! FAB Job, Mama!

Congratulations!!! That sounds a lot like my labor with my daughter. I tore too. Never heard the degree... rather not know, I guess. But I know I was in pain for a while after that. I was squatting as well, and it is so hard not to just hurry up and get the baby out! LOL!
