FB leaking through the seam?

I just started this whole cloth diapering thing and haven't had any pee leaks yet. But then yesterday afternoon I had a poop leak (breastfed poop, so very runny) come out of a fuzzi bunz diaper. From what I can tell it leaked out of the stitching seam of the leg? Does this sound like a manufacturing problem, or do I need to add two inserts to fuzzi bunz diapers?

Was the diaper brand new? Did you wash and dry on hot to prep it?

It was a new diaper, but the second time I've used it. Washed cold, hot, double rinse each time. No other problems with other diapers.

It didn't leak the first time you used it? Do you dry on hot too? Are any of the other dipes you got FBs?

Urgh...another leak today from a fuzzi bunz diaper! I dryed on hot the first few times, but hung them dry this past use. I have other fuzz bunz, and they're all one size. Maybe I need to readjust the elastic around the legs, that's where the leaks occur. They just don't seem very absorbant I guess. The inserts don't seem that thick at all compared to bumgenius.
