Lopsided breast size anyone?

My breasts are what I consider extremely lobsided in size. My husband claims it's barely visible but who knows

Anyone else with this non problem problem? I wasn't sure where to post because I don't consider it a challenge. I don't have a supply problem on either side. It is just that one side is much larger than the other and while it also has always produced more milk the smaller size does just fine as well. I can in fact get more milk from pumping on the smaller side than the larger. This has been this way since day 1 but I think it has been becoming more pronounced in the past couple weeks.

I EFB and pump as much as I can in order to get a supply stored in the freezer since I just got my pump and I always start pumping on the smaller side but unfortunately DD is very particular about which side she starts on and that is of course the larger side. She flat out refuses to start nursing on the smaller side...Is anyone else dealing with this problem?? Are there more measures that I could be taking to make things better?

I, too, am very lopsided. One is probably an A size while the other is C. "A" was always smaller but also suffered a terrible mastitis infection at 3.5 months. It just doesn't produce that much these days but I always offer it first.

Strangely, my small C side is the preferred boob, while the DD other side I have to fight to get my daughter to take. The big side has always been bigger, but now the size difference is noticeable even through my clothes. I stuff the small side with extra nursing pads.

I have size D and C boobs. I pumped fulltime and size C always produced more milk than size D. *shrug*

peace...

My singleton rejected my left breast from fairly early on. It always has had a slower let down and less supply. Due to this (I assume) I now have significantly different sized breasts-- I'd guess a full cup size, in that one is D and other is DD. Daughter now nurses from both sides, and has for about the last 12 months, but the lopsided-ness continues.
