What to sub for honey in GF bread?

Were living out of the pantry 100% the next 2 weeks and I need to make bread but I only have enough honey left for I think 1 loaf and we will need 3-4 loafs from the bread machine over the next 2 weeks. Any suggestions for what to sub? This is the recipe we've been using http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Alisons...ad/Detail.aspx (the picture is terrible but the bread comes out really well, I do have to add more water then called for though to get the proper GF consistency though.) I was wondering if maple syrup would work? Or would that make it to sweet?

maybe molasses? or brown rice syrup? if you happen to have either of those...

I always use maple syrup in bread, and just use a little less. I've never found the bread to be sweet, but the slight maple flavor is so lovely!
