ok i guess i am not supposed to post what others say on another forum or something... sorry.
heres my redone post. hope this is ok.

i was having a discussion on another board about vax laws per state.
well one poster is saying that the county of the state can go against the actual state law.

can one county go to the state and have the law changed and allow no
religious waivers??
yet the next county over allows them as per the state law.

would this not be violating our constituional right?

I don't think the county can over ride the state law. Call your state board of Education.
