cigna or medicaid pay for hb?

I am about to move to Nevada. I currently am on medicaid but open enrollment for my dh insurance at work is next month (cigna). It is expensive but if they would cover homebirth it would be worth it. Has anyone had any luck with Cigna or medicaid in NV paying for homebirth midwives?

I have Cigna PPO in TN, and they have indicated that they will pay for a CPM-TN (legal, licensed in TN) for the birth at X% after the (higher) out-of-network deductible. So they'll pay some, but not much.
