antibiotics & cloth diapering?

My dd is taking an antibiotic and I was wondering do you switch to disposiables while on an antibiotic?

I was just wondering if the actual antibiotic is okay for the diaper and also what if she gets thrush?

Can you use a diaper cream with cloth nappies?

My DD took an antibiotic once. I never switched to sposies. I do use diaper rash cream when she needs it. I just put a handmade insert in the diaper so that the cream doesn't come into contact with the cloth. Hope your DD feels better soon

I would just use an insert. We have some fleece ones from a blanket I cut up and some flushable ones. DS has some antibiotic cream for his bum right now, and we're using inserts.
