Does anyone have a recommendation for good homebirth books? I'm sure there is already a thread asking this, but I got tired of looking! Thanks for your help!
I got a used copy of Special Delivery: A guide to creating the birth you want for you and your baby, by Rahima Baldwin. It is very thorough and homebirth focused. I have found it to be very helpful. Though I do find it a bit strange that the baby on the cover is wearing a hospital bracelet.
I loved Homebirth: The Essential Guide to Giving Birth Outside of the Hospital by Sheila Kitzinger. It's old (early 90's), but had great information that still stands up today. I'm currently reading Ina Mae's book mentioned above and it's great too.
Great read about natural birth, not homebirth per se is Spiritual Midwifery by Ina May Gaskin. It has real life stories from people who experienced birth the natural way. The Baby Catcher is great too.

Good choice...I'm actually not a fan of Ina May's books. They all seem so "overdone" for some reason. Maybe I am getting jaded??
