I know it is common for a baby to have a side preference, but is it normal for a five month old to suddenly start refusing to nurse on one side? I just got through some serious clogged ducts and the beginnings of mastitis on my right side and she nursed like a pro through that, even though the flow was slow to nonexistant at times, but now for some reason she is refusing to nurse on that side... I finally got out my pump for fear of clogged ducts again... any ideas?
