Jennifer and Jacqueline- Im learning that by small steps you can get things done. Doing a little is better than not doing anything.
Im going to post my to do list from now until Sunday. I haven't been very good at getting things done but hopefully I get this stuff done. If not Im still going on my trip and having a lot of fun, no guilt about not getting things done. Im stressing out to much and Ive just decided to let whatever happens happen.

- If time permits: 6 reusable bags (three done, three to go. All are cut up and ready to be sewn)
- 3 weeks of FHE lessons
- list of websites I visit (they are only saved on our desktop and obviously I can't take that with me, wouldn't fit in my luggage )
- Print out calanders for October, November, December and January
- Print out reservations (did it once and it got colored on)
- put all trip stuff in my notebook so it doesn't get ruined (again)

Oh, I'm so sorry that you're awake so early! I hope your little one feels better, as well.

Yeah, I've always hated cleaning the oven, too! But knowing I can use the oven cleaning cycle and no harsh chemicals makes it a lot easier and less daunting. :-)

I'm tossing some rice into the rice cooker and starting supper soon...

Cleaning the bathroom is better than doing laundry for me. I don't really mind it. Maybe its because I dislike a dirty bathroom so much I don't mind making it clean again.

I didn't get as much done as I wanted to today. I did get most the bags packed. Just have a few odds and ends to throw in.
Actually, cleaning the bathrooms are my favorite household chores too. But I hate doing them both on the same day because I like them to really look clean and with a 4 & 5 year old, they don't stay nice looking for long.

Okay, I am gonna jump in here. Hopefully you ladies can help me get a little more motivated. Between the teething toddler and the homeschoolers, I don't get as much cleaning done as I'd like. We're not hugely out of control or anything, but I've got a few trouble spots that keep getting overlooked, and I tend to get behind on stuff like laundry and mopping, etc.

So.... wish me luck! I'm off to do the dishes...

SeekingSerenity,

Okay, first session:
1) Toss load of laundry in washer.
2) Put away clothing in bedroom/bring bags of clothing items to donate to spare room for Saturday. (This may take a couple sessions. I'm just going to chip away at it. I need to try a few things on to see if I can still wear them with my Bella Band before packing them away.)

I think today I'm going to rotate my 15 minute sessions between cleaning/decluttering and administrative tasks.
Hope the dishes got done, Seeking!! They never end, do they??

I am down to the easy stuff.
I've got a babysitter coming at 2:00 for 3 hours and she's going to take the kids down to the playroom and they can pick up a bit while they are there.

# 2 from my previous session is ongoing.

This 15 minutes is for administrative tasks.

Why do I allow family drama to upset me and slow me down?

Now I am going to fold a load of towels and transfer the first load to the dryer. I will toss another load in the washer. And I will put away the dishes in the strainer.

Poetry.
Not getting much done today but still trying. I'm sick now and my brain's not functioning too well.
I need to:

Get shopping list made for tomorrow's city trip
Do one load of laundry
Prep tomorrow's take-along lunch (bunch of intolerances and allergies here)

My house looks awesome!! But this is one of those days when I wish I had 4 washing machines.
