slowed to a crawl...but i've freecycled half a dozen items, all out for pick up.

As always, I have a neverending list of things to do! I'll pick a few to accomplish tonight:

1) Secretly finish furoshiki bags for DD's halloween fairy present
2) pick up living room
3) clean kitchen
4) laundry
5) prepare project options for tomorrow's homeschooling
6) empty/refill gym bag with fresh clothes

This was my last list....

1 - load dishwasher DONE
2 - transfer clothes to dryer, start new load of laundry DONE
3 - wipe kitchen counters down DONE
4 - put dinner in oven DONE
5 - clean up rice where Lil'Man dumped it on the living room carpet DONE

Before last night was done....

6 - dry all laundry, put away (sheets and towels, should be quick) DONE
7 - homework checkpoint DONE
8 - run to store for milk (wow, I SO don't wanna do that) DONE
9 - scrub toilets DONE

WOW! I actually finished both, plus I got the back bath tub organized (where all the bath toys are) and cleaned, the front tub scrubbed, the cat's overnight box cleaned (they have to stay caged up at night or every plant I have would be upside down in the morning) and all the beds changed.

Thanks to THIS THREAD!!! Because I did all of this in 15-minute bursts.



Tomorrow I have to...

1 - finish the tail on DS's costume
2 - finish painting Lil' Man's treat bag
3 - carve a couple of pumpkins (there's 4, but we'll save two for Saturday)
4 - diaper wash day
5 - fold today's laundry
6 - spot-mop kitchen
7 - sort out back closet

I did tomorrow's homework tonight, so I'm a day up on that, at least.

this evening i did a 15 minute bathroom scrub while the littlles were in the tub..
then a 15 minutes kitchen/livingroom sweep & mop
a 15 minute livingroom rescue
and then made monster cookies, which probably took me 15 minutes.. lets home my little ones will go to sleep in 15 minutes! its way past bedtime. ak.

im going to after they are asleep, do 15 minutes of halloween decorating..i have a few strands of lights to put somewhere and some bats to cut out of paper and some felt skulls to hang? im not really into it but my kids are and since my mom send us a bunch of stuff i cant not really use it. can i?

then i really need to knit. i have so much to do before december 5th!

Go to library to pick up hold books--DONE
15 min. cleaning in master bath, kitchen, playroom, living room
Sweep kitchen
4 loads laundry--DONE
Bake bread, cornbread, and muffins
Get dinner started in crockpot--DONE

Have kids vacuum stairs, clean hamster cages, clean in bedrooms 15 minutes.

But right now... nak... lil'man needs a nap... so it's gonna have to wait a few minutes...

i'm going to join w/ my own really mini plan of 5 minute sessions... better something than nothing, right? and maybe i'll get re-motivated.

okay, i've already put away all of the groceries + cleared the table to get to the table cloth and put whites on to wash.

morning routine in full (halfway there!) then

1. laundry (fold darks, hang lights)
2. 15 minutes studio
3. 15 minutes kitchen
4. 15 minutes livingroom
5. 5 minutes bathroom, bedroom

hopefully i can do all of that before we go out!

if there is time (or after we return) choose a couple:

knit socks
sew curtains
pot up cuttings

and put the pot roast on when we walk in the door.

You're welcome to do whatever time frame works and gets you cleaning. If it's 5 minutes, it's 5 minutes well spent.

ahh, i've sorted the two big boxes of *stuff* from under our desk. it was mostly recycling. with important objects mixed in, of course

i'm so pleased

recovering from a major flu and pretty low energy & still coughing a lot..but i need to get some stuff done, so i'm going to do it in short spurts with a rest in between..

i just completed..

*sorting laundry (at least a weeks worth piled up in my bedroom ) and putting it into proper baskets/closets..

*folding towels and putting away in drawers in bathroom & putting washcloths and wipes away in their spots.

*putting kitchen linens into proper drawer (need to come back and fold properly)

*vacuuming my bedroom

now i need to..
*put away, fold, hang, clothes.
as well as..
* organize each closet (and de-clutter as i go) its been on my list forever and a day, and i know i will feel so much better once they are done..
my aim is to put at least 10 things from each closet into the free store box.

my list for today..

15 min. closet rescue...my closet/middle one's

done! 15 min. closet rescue...smallest one's
including 30+ items for the free store!
but it took me more like two 15's..

15 minute closet rescue... biggest one's

15 minute kitchen rescue

15 minute little ones bedroom rescue
