I felt DD3 at about 18wks. Before that I just attributed it to gas. It probably was her, but who knows?

DS was around 13.5 wks.

I've been feeling some flutters the last couple days, so just shy of 10wks? I highly doubt it's baby, although it's unlike any non-pregnant muscle twitches, etc.

I have been feeling flutters, but I was chalking it up to gas... but I am starting to wonder how gas flutters can be in the exact same spot for 3 days...

I put 17 weeks, but I now remember that it was 16 weeks with DS. Of course, that's when I knew that it absolutely couldn't be anything else - before them I'd feel things, but I couldn't tell what they were.

Although, about a month ago, I kept thinking, "that sure feels like an embryo, but I know I'm not pregnant... weird!" Then it turned out I was pregnant, haha. I don't know what that means.

I'm always poking my uterus, too bad I'm not thinner, or I might actually feel something.

haven't felt this one yet (i'm only nine weeks), but i felt my first at 17 weeks. i'm curious to see when i'll be feeling this one. i'm guessing it'll be sooner.

I'm pretty sure I felt something last week, at 11 weeks. It is a similar feeling to gas, but it was very central and deep and didn't move around at all which is unusual for gas. I would expect to feel gas as it traveled around my intestines, not just in the center for a while. I think I felt DS around 18 weeks for sure, but there had been a time at 15 weeks perhaps that I felt a very distinct "swirl" inside. I didn't feel anything again for a few weeks.

I put 16 weeks, but I don't remember when I might have felt baby for the first time. I just know that at 18 weeks, if I didn't feel him for a few hours, I would get worried because he was extremely active. Even my midwife, when listening to heartbeat, always remarked how active the baby was. I'm not in much hurry to feel little kicks though. Maybe this baby will be more laid back!

This was my thought too. I've felt some odd flutters but they're always in the same place and don't feel like any gas I've ever had before. I'm pretty sure it's baby moving (or I've acquired a tapeworm?). There's definitely something moving in there.

quickening

so glad to find this thread. I started feeling flutters at about 11 weeks, maybe a touch earlier. Felt pretty confident, but thought it might be too early....

Not often, but after food and while relaxing. Feels like twinkling fairy lights!

Didn't identify movements until close to week 20 with first pregnancy.

LOL @ the tapeworm!

I'm twelve weeks and some change, and I haven't felt anything I could identify as baby yet. If I don't feel anything by next week, I'm gonna break down and do the doppler at my appt for my peace of mind.

Okay, so I'm 12 weeks and have an anterior placenta. So there is really no reason I should even be thinking about movement yet.

But just a second ago I felt something flutter inside me and I thought, "whoa, did I just feel movement?!"

Then I farted.

*sigh*

I am so glad you posted this as I wanted to post the exact same question! I am 18 weeks and waiting eagerly for that first feeling.

I felt this baby at 9 weeks 4 days for the first time. Seemed crazy at the time but it was obvious- at least to me. I've felt it on and off since then but in the last week its been daily. I think it was about 13-14 weeks last time.

With my first pregnancy I was 16-17 weeks when I first felt her. It was earlier than that with the last two. I am just starting to feel the baby now and I will be 14 weeks this coming week. Sometimes I think it might be gas or whatever but this evening I have been feeling something different and I really think it is the baby, like a little fish brushing against me or something.

Definitely started feeling flutters last week. I was skeptical because with DD it seemed like forever -- maybe week 18ish? But they are there and it is so exciting. DD was so chill in utero. I wonder if I feel flutters because this one is more active..so maybe it's a boy and maybe won't give me a heart attack by arriving 2.5 weeks past my due date. Okay, I'm really stretching here but I like to be optimistic! And one more stretch...if it's a boy, maybe he will be a little more chill than big sis who is the ruler of the universe and making me take really deep breaths these days.

Last night when I startled the baby with the doppler I could hear it moving a lot, and then it thumped loudly and I swear I could feel a light pop/bubble feeling.

10 weeks has to be too soon though, the baby can't be that strong, right? I am really thin, but still. After that I kept feeling not-gas bubbly feelings off and on for half an hour in that same spot.

i felt the baby for a while last night. just kicking and scratching and moving a whole lot. just constant for at least a minute. i think i even felt a head butt. i say it's more like light caresses but from the inside and quicker.

I've been uncertain till now, but I feel I can pretty confidently say that the little internal nudges I have been feeling today are baby
We're 14 weeks tomorrow.

Wow, I can't wait to feel baby! I haven't felt anything like what you are all saying, but I am only 11 1/2 weeks so am not expecting anything for a while.

But at my 9 week ultrasound the tech mentioned that I would probably feel it sooner than most because the baby was positioned toward the back of my uterus? Not sure what the term for that is, anyone know? Can't wait to feel it move, I have another ultrasound tomorrow so I will see what happens!
