Question about EPO

I have been taking a 1000 mg capsule orally for about a week now, but I was told by my MW that taking it orally is not really an effective labor inducer (but still good for you!). I want to start doing the vaginal EPO, but not quite sure on the protocol for this.

I'll ask my MW when I see her Friday, but thought I'd ask you all first. How have you done it???

Do you use it overnight? Do you leak oil? Do you puncture the capsule or leave it intact? Does the capsule (the outside I mean) just melt and absorb in there or is there something to remove later?

Overnight. I used 2-3 capsules. yes there is leakage. Not I didn't puncture it. Everything absorbs.

my mw's directions are to daily for the next 4 days:
4 capsules by mouth in the morning
4 capsules by mouth at bedtime
2-4 capsules vaginally at bedtime

you might get a little of the shell of the capsule coming out when you get up to pee at night, but mostly they completely dissolve.
