I've got a funny feeling our daycare (military) is going to give us problems regarding the required flu vax (which we have an exemption). Today they sent me an email that restated NJ's flu requirement and time time period we need to comply by.
The regulations basically say that my kids can be excluded if there is an outbreak. But "outbreak" is so vauge. Is it one kid or a whole classroom? (They tried telling me at registration last year that it was just one kid.)
I might just pull my hair out if they try to exclude us from the first flu victim till April. I know they won't like it if I tell them that I demand medical proof that the flu seen at our daycare is prevented by the flu vax currently given. And I don't know if they would still exclude us or not.
