I "felt" like something would happen soon, so I went for a loooooong walk the night before I went into labor. But I think things probably would have happened anyway.

Also, it was a full moon. And my due date.

I had my membranes swept and went into labor (beginning with the water breaking) 2 hours later. But I had been 5-6 cm for several days before that. It seemed to do the trick though, after trying EVERYTHING else!

i went shopping almost everyday with my mom
strongfeather told me that night that it was my night for labor and i went into labor at 3am the next morning...i think that is kind of funny.

I worked on some birth art (just pastels on paper) ... I think it helped prepare me ... It helped me clear some fears and I was actually really happy and really excitied about the birth after doing it ... and TADA ... beautiful new baby

With DD1 - I swear it was the massive bowl of mashed potatoes and peas I had for dinner.
