Ok...maybe a dumb questions but let's see..
So I made soaked granola...I coated the oatmeal with butter and co and then added enough yogurt to coat it (found the recipe online or here somewhere) and let it sit overnight. Then, hoping to preserve the probiotics in the yogurt I dehydrated it at 110ish (definitely not hotter than 115). So my first question is did I actually preserve any probiotics?? My second question is do I now need to store it in the fridge? Because it has yogurt on it that could "spoil" or am I way overthinking things? Can I have it both ways, keep the probiotics AND not have to worry about it sitting out?

(Lucky I eat it pretty quickly!)
) but he loves this stuff and we don't buy any cereal anymore. I mix half with raisins and pecans, and half with dried apricots and almonds.
