I think we all have this problem and it doesn't get any better. I used to have a few toys on the changing table that were only for while the diaper was being changed so I gave DD one to play with then take it away till next diaper change. Were weren't doing CD at the time but still had trouble. Now at 17 months we just start CD a little over a month ago. DD wants the wipes or a diaper, snappi jsut whatever. So I just let her hold what she wants so we can be done faster.

We do! I find stuff that is normally off limits right now we are using a old wind chime I hand dd when I lay her down for a change then take it back when we are done. I switch it up when 1 thing quits working for the longest time a wet cloth did the trick

The key for us was keeping DS distracted. We keep a few different toys by our changing station, and it helps. They do get more wriggly and difficult as they get older too. Good luck!

we have been having this issue for the last month and so far the only thing that has worked is switching to fitteds. we dont have much $$ so im having to sell things off slowly so i can buy the fitteds. the wiggling really was driving me nuts though and nothing was working so its worth it. i tried trifolding the prefold but i get annoyed with how much it shifts around in the cover. im also investing in some more pockets for those extra extra wiggly diaper changes.
