What are the differences? Which do you prefer? Why?

I prefer the Sandy's b/c they are sized to fit, and are more absorbent. But, I like the OS dipes, too. Just not as much. I'd try a couple of each and see what you prefer before committing to an entire system of one kind.

I think Sandys are really nice on newborns. No poo leaks, ever, and work well with ME covers or wool.

Size 2 Sandys are massive though. ME OS fit pretty well after 15lbs or so, sz 2 Sandys fit DD1 AFTER she grew out of the OS, around 28lbs.

I prefer the MEOS but think the sandys are nice as well.
