How long is raw cream OK?

I get a gallon of jersey milk a week, I want to make ice cream in two weeks. If I save the cream today and next Friday, will it be OK to use in two weeks if it's kept in the fridge at just above freezing?

It might go a bit sour, but it won't be bad. Unless it smells putrid it is fine. My milk usually lasts about 2 weeks.

I was able to still use my cream a little after 2 weeks. I wouldn't want to use it any further than that because it started clumping a little but still tasted great!
