Elderberry tincture or Slippery Elm ok?

Does anyone know if slippery elm or elderberry are okay to use while nursing?
Feeling a little under the weather, DD has a cold and DH a broken leg so I cannot be sick right now!

Both of those herbs are ones given to small babies. They should be safe provided you have a reputable source and they are not mixed with other herbs.

I love love love Elder products, and take Elder flowers all the time.
