Are we almost to the full moon? I can't figure it out. I delivered my son about a week late and on the full moon and I am thinking I will deliver on the full moon again - is it Tuesday or Wed. night?

Yup, next weekend. My 2.5 yr old dd was thirteen days late--born two days after the new moon (my midwife thinks the new moon is more influential) and so I was really hoping to have this one last weekend right around my due date. Now I'm wondering if I'll go until next weekend too. I can't imagine making it through another week with out losing my mind!

Yep, I feel ya! According to my calender its next weekend. . .Saturday night, Oct 3-4. Sigh.
Had my 40 week appt today and got a nice pep-talk from my MW. So I have decided to just assume he won't be here till Oct and then if he comes sooner it will be a nice surprise. My MW said that on average first babies come 10 days late. So I may make it to that full moon. . .deep breath, stay calm. . .we can do this mamas!
Mind you I had a horrioble day yesterday and had a big cry in the evening about still being pregnant. . .today I am trying to be more positive.

Next weekend would so totallly suit me. I have to wait until next Thursday before my out of province midwife arrives, this would give her a couple of days to get settled and then off we go. Both my boys were born on a Sunday so I'm totally up for a full moon Sunday birth. I'm not due till the 6th Oct (so sneaking a post into your DDC). This has cheered me up no end, as I've just spent the last few hours concerned about crampy sensations which have thankfully subsided afer a bath and a lie down on the sofa.
