Hi, I'm a long time lurker who has finally gotten around to posting. Single mom to my amazing 7 year old daughter, grad student, and college T.A.

It's nice to see other Louisiana ladies on here! I'm a grad student/TA also over at UL. Hope to see you around the boards and maybe in the Finding your Tribe area for LA--it isn't too busy over there lately.

I'm in the English department so I think I'm on the other side of campus from you! One day I will venture into other buildings on campus aside from Griffin and the library.

I'll totally check out the Louisiana tribe, it would be nice to meet some new people in the area!
