Oh my goodness...the PRESSURE tonight!

Wow, I'm having a lot of pressure!! I don't know how else to explain it! It's very low, in the front, and just INTENSE!! Not painful really, uncomfortable sometimes I guess. I'm noticing some contractions here and there, but only if I actually feel my uterus, because the pressure is so overwhelming!

WHAT is baby doing in there?????

Anyone else? I might go take a bath...

Not sure if I am feeling the same thing, but I definitely have TONS more pressure in general these last few days! And if I get a BH and there's *anything* in my bladder, the needing to pee feeling is so intense and overwhelming.

I think gravity is taking over and the baby is going to fall out at some point. One can hope it would be that easy, right? My body is clearly not in a hurry to help that process!

I'm thinking a bath sounds like a great idea. It could be one of the last before a brand new wee one takes over dictating evening activities!

Well, the pressure turned to deep low cramps, some of them in my back, that were timeable at 3-7 minutes apart for an hour and a half, but not strong. I laid down, they continued. I fell asleep for an hour or so, woke up and they were still there, but still not strong enough. Thinking it was actually the start of something, I got up to pee and then...they stopped.

SIGH.

My hips and thighs hurt again, these low deep cramps make me feel like I did a good leg workout yesterday, even though I'm focussing on staying relaxed since they aren't really painful.

WHY do they keep stopping? My baby is in as good a position as any, as far as I know, I'm certainly ready, I can't pin point anything that would be holding me back...

Trust my body, trust my body...

I guess I'll go back to bed now

Sorry. Though I think things will rev up again. I mean at some point things have to happen right (that's what i tell myself).

Do you feel like your uterus is tilting forward or baby isn't lined up? I've had so many pregnancies that my midwife felt like some belly binding would help. We positioned the baby up and down and then bound my belly to keep him in plae and I went into labor that night. I don't know if this is an issue with you, but I just had so much room in there (two sets of surrogate twins) that he would list off to the side. Might be worth a try.

I don't know...I have noticed that I have "dunlap", my belly is actually hanging over my pants (and I don't have a lot of fat, so it's not that). Baby has been OA for weeks now. His little butt prefers my right side, he'll flip back and forth throughout the day, but he always settles back to my right side. I showed it to my midwife, she said that the butt is flipping but the head is staying nicely OA. His left shoulder was causing me problems a week ago, it was lodged against my pelvis causing me a lot of pain, but that's stopped now, too, thanks to some positioning exercises. He hasn't engaged as far as I can tell, his head is still floating.

I'll ask when I talk to my midwife next. I don't see my OB until Friday.
