Anyone ever make grape jelly using honey?

I'm having a hard time finding a recipe that uses honey instead of sugar - has anyone tried this? I'm working on juicing a large batch of concords and was hoping to make them into jelly tomorrow. I'm thinking they probably need some sort of sweetener as they're a bit tart, but I'd rather use honey. I just don't want to try it and then ruin all this work...

I have made strawberry jam with honey instead of sugar but for it to jell properly you need special pectin. I use Pomona's Pectin, it's all natural and available at places like Whole Foods. They have a recipe in the package for making jam and jelly with honey. Good luck!

Here's a strawberry recipe that I'm sure you could play with.

Thanks for all the good info! Seems like there's a glitch every step of the way with this - I bought some cheesecloth at Walmart last night to do the final straining of the juice..... and guess what's still at Walmart. The Walmart that's 20 min's away, of course.
