Anyone own or know someone that owns an I-House?

DH and I are really interested in one but want more info. Or, do you know of something even better you can recommend? I'm looking for eco-friendly and affordable. According to Mother Earth News the 750 sf I-House is about $75,000. Where I live $100 a sf isn't cheap but for the eco-friendly side it is a great deal.
