I'm sick and need some good vibes/prayers

Hi Mamas,
I think I've got the flu! Aack! I had been having what I thought were severe allergy symptoms and then tonight I spiked a fever of 102. It is back down and stable at 99.9 now though. Prayers and good vibes that the baby and my other family members don't get sick would be great. Mostly just achey/head hurts and now cough. Thanks
