i agree!
rita has always made me crazy, but she is just really self-absorbed on this one.
DH and i like to pretend that every time we see a bottle it's pumped milk.

Deb really bugs me as well. She's such a damn whiner. Sooo insecure and needy.

Seriously!! She has no job, her big kids are in school all day, there's NO reason Dexter should be handling night duty. Get over yourself and let your husband get some sleep! Get over yourself.

I guess I'm in the minority but Deb is one of my favorite characters on the show. I laugh every time she talks. such a potty mouth! love it.

a big fat

and... she could have easily gone to the pharmacy herself. my baby loved car rides at that age and it looks like little Harry does as well (as Dexter was driving him around to get him to sleep)..

I loved this weeks episode! Can't wait until the next one.

John Lithgow is really creeping me the heck out. I just read he is going to be in all 12 episodes this season, though, so I guess I'll have to get used to him.

I love Deb too! Mostly because I talked like that in college (trying to clean up with the baby around...not always successful)

I HATE Rita. So very selfish. I can see what they're doing for the character (Dexter's) but seriously? Why hasn't he snapped on her yet?

I love this show. I have a dexter screensaver and had the audio books. I think I got thru the first two.

The whole baby thing, IDK it just annoys me. I do like the baby's name, Harrison after Harry.

I will find a way to follow when the cable gets shut off. LOL. Lithgow as the Trinity killer and agent Lundy. Its going to be a good season.

Lithgow is kicking serious ass already. I love his character! Can't wait to see how it goes.

I love Deb. She's hilarious!

But, yeah, the idea that Dexter should be the ONLY one getting up at night, every night, even after he had a horrible car accident from sleep deprivation? Annoyed the crap outta me.

YES. For the first three seasons I was more or less indifferent to Rita - never loved her, never hated her - but this season she's driving me nuts. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one wondering why on Earth it's Dexter who always has to take the night shift.

John Lithgow is so, so good at being creepy.

We have cable but not Showtime, so I usually end up watching new episodes on Mondays when someone is kind enough to link to them on surfthechannel.com. I hook my laptop up to the TV, set it to full-screen play, and it's almost as good as the real thing.

Well, well, well...I was surprised by last night's episode. I thought dexter was going to totally get busted by the neighborhood watch. I thought for sure Astrid was in on the pranks, but to have it be the dad. That was perfect.

I'm interested to see what the third in the trinity is...how have they not put it together that these three are related by some child or something...hmm...

Rita is driving me nuts too! DH has told me not to get any ideas . He had never done a night feeding or didey change until a couple of weeks ago when I went back to working nights!

we watched it last night on Youtube (streamed with the wii to the big screen TV).

It was just in 6 different parts. Search Dexter Blinded by the light -- it's the name of the newest episode.


and Rita is getting on my nerves!!
