I'd like to do a taste test with Heritage and Angus to see if I noticed the difference. There's a farm close to me that I will be getting tons of stuff from now on (can I just say how blessed I am to find this place only 5 mins from me) and they have heritage beef but unfortunately you can only get the occasional GB as there are huge waiting lists on it in bulk. But it made me think about the heritage beef.
