After pains - Remedies?

Something I have not though of but would like to be prepared for!
DS was a section - and I was on some pretty intense pain relief so I did not feel any 'after pains'. But this baby is a planned HBAC. So - it is something I have been thinking about. TBH, they scare me! lol I have come to terms with the idea of labouring pains - they have a point. But to be in pain after the beautiful moment? No thanks! lol

So give it to me ... What natural things can I take/do to help with these.
Someone mentioned 'AfterEase' - which we do not have in this country (UK) - though I can probably just gather the ingredients and make my own.

Any other ideas/advice?

TIA

I have heard several places that homeopathic arnica is good for them. I also have a recipe for and afterpain 'brew' that I can look for but it may take a couple days.

One thing I wanted to mention is that because of the age difference between your children, you may not get bad afterpains. I didn't really get them with DD1 but I got them with DS who was born 2 years and 8 month's later. DD2 was born 5 years after DS and I didn't really get afterpains with her.
