I've been primarily using my left breast to feed ds with. About a month ago I think I had a clogged duct, the inner side was incredibly sore, heat & a lot of nursing fixed it right up.
Lately the outside(close to the armpit) is achey after I feed ds sometimes. No sharp or constant pain like last month though, just enough to catch my attention. Is it something I should worry about or is it normal? It's definitely not constant, maybe 2-3x a day I notice it.
