Looking for "Unschools" and alternative preschools in Melb

I found Sunrise (in No. Fitzroy) so far.....does anyone have any reco's?

DS will be 4 at christmas.

Also, where would you suggest living if I wanted to be close to public transport (DH would be working in SouthBank), a YMCA that has drop-off child care and is alternative/multicultural, etc...

Ideas?
