If you have netflix, how is the selection on educational documentaries.. like Nova or things like that?

Thanks!

I think their selection of documentaries is great. If you want to check out what's available you don't have to be a member. Just go to their website and browse selections.

Netflix has a lot of educational documentaries (not to mention all genres of movies) that you can download and watch on your computer. We do this all the time and get a whole lot out of our 14.95 a month--enough that we don't feel like we need to spend $40-80 on satellite tv anymore.

I think in the 7 years that weve had it, there have been maybe 3 movies that they havent had. We watch everything but are really into nature-y docs. They have a great selection of foreign too!

DEFINITELY worth the money!

Its really good! One of the reasons I started my account up again was because I missed getting a new documentary every week! I'm such a nerd but its sooo fun

Yep, it's excellent. If it's available on DVD, chances are that they have it -- everything from recent Nova episodes to the old James Burke series Connections, which I've been happily rewatching.
