~ Sawyer Preston ~ 9/27/09 VBAC!

I just wanted to share little tidbits about his arrival, more details later if you want!

L&D

- VBAC!!!!!!!
- had my favorite midwife, and she was INCREDIBLE!
- had 2 of my sisters, my doula AND Andy attend!
- epidural at 9.5 cm! I just couldn't handle it anymore, even with Hypnobabies.
- pushed about 4 hours, no tearing, just "skid marks", midwife stitched one place just in case

Baby

- 8 lbs 3 oz, 20"
- arrived Sunday 9/27/09 @ 4:02 pm
- perfect in every way, handled labor/delivery spectacularly
- dark hair
- looks a lot like me!
- incredibly chilled out and easy so far

Siblings

- love the baby!
- super jealous big brother, but he is a little better today

Other

- missed having the most dreadful OB I've ever met by 8 hours. Only had to speak to him once, awful! I am SO thankful for Sawyer's timing!
