A co-worker has a little girl who is about 22 months old. I work with my mom and the other day when I wasn't there my mom said she was talking to the other workers about her little girl. She said she is doing things and touching things she's not supposed to and she tells her no and slaps her hand. So the workers were telling her to start putting her daughter in time-out...umm..she is not even two yet!!! I gave her The Baby Book when she had her shower but these people have all given her terrible advice and screwed stuff up. Can anyone please help me find an article from Dr. Sears or something that will tell her how silly it is to put a 22-month-old in time out??
