I had back labor with DS. He wasn't completely sunny-side up, but turned just enough to cause some horrible pain. With DD, my midwife caught that she was in the same position at about 7 months. I went to a chiro who knew the webster technique. She turned right around and stayed that way with weekly visits to the chiro and I had a wonderful labor.

The chiro said because of my hip problems (pretty bad with both kids) they were having trouble settling into the "proper" position. So if you have the same issues, it MIGHT mean back labor again, if you can't get it worked out before the baby comes.
