Stocking a pantry for small meals/balanced snacks

DH and I find that it is easier for us to maintain or lose weight by eating small meals throughout the day. I'm trying to create a list of ideas that will allow me to make the most of our bulk grocery membership (just won a Sam's Club membership) and have nutritious, balanced small meals/snacks on hand.

I am thinking about some of the following ideas for meals/snacks:

Chicken wrap

*wraps
*frozen chicken
*mayo
*lettuce, tomato

Chicken or Bean Quesadilla

* tortillas or wraps
* cheese
* beans
* chicken

Big salad with grilled chicken/shrimp

* lettuce
* tomatoes
* chicken/shrimp
* carrots, shredded
* peppers

Nachos (occasional indulgence for DH)

* chips
* salsa
* cheese
* beans

Pizza-ish Wrap

* wraps/pitas/tortillas/naan
* tomatoes
* cheese

Grilled Cheese

* bread/wraps
* cheese
* tomatoes

Snacks

Hummus & Pita

Bread/crackers & cheese

Granola & Milk

Fruit & Cheese

Granola bar or protein bar

Banana/fruit with peanut butter

Obviously, however, my ideas are pretty limited .... thank you for any input!!!

Also, do the ideas I have so far look balanced enough? I do plan to supplement with lots of veggies and fruits where I can ...
