You will probably talk about your results and begin to formulate a plan. My RE developed a three staged plan. We'll try this for 3-6 mos, then this for 3 mos, then maybe something else. And you should get a cost projection for each. All is subject to change, though.
Depending on where you are in your cycle, you may get an ultrasound to see if any follies are developing. You may have to wait until next cycle to start any treatments.
Don't be surprised if s/he wants to put you on a follicle stimulating drug like clomid or femara, even though everything looks good. It's a standard first course of treatment for unexplained IF. But do have a midcycle u/s to see what your follicles and lining are doing.
