Does anyone have experience with Walgreens? I am being considered for a position in an office setting with Walgreens, but have read several mixed reviews by former and current employees regarding treatment of employees, company culture, etc.. Thank you for any input!!

Will you be at Corporate? Will you be a permanent employee or a contractor? Like any huge company, a lot depends on the department you work with.
That said, I was a contractor at WAG in employee development (training) for about 6 months 9 years ago. I found the people personally friendly and welcoming, but the culture as a whole was pretty insular and closed. There were plenty of full-time employees who were not busy in the department, but because they "belonged" to other managers, my manager had to bring in a contractor.
At the time the culture was also pretty old-school. Business dress was required, and I would guess the average age around 55. That is likely to have changed in 9 years, though.
