No nuts. No soy. No dairy. No gluten. Can be made corn free if you have corn free vanilla and rice milk.
Sorry, Kathy, contains rice and chocolate. Contains sugar (but not much). Vanilla. Oil (I used EVOO). That's about it.
Kitchen Canadian.

Wahhhhhh!!
When is the Star Trek food maker going to become a reality. It could just look and smell and taste like chocolate, but it was really... air... or a blob or something.

I could make some other flavor... I'm making almond extract. Or I could just make it vanilla. I like vanilla. And I'm trialing DS on rice tonight. So who knows? It sounds delicious!

I'm going to see how it goes as just vanilla asap.... although that still leaves your ds out bc of rice.
But at least now I have A pudding! Maybe I can turn it into ice cream.

Cannot wait to try this! I think I might tweek it to be sort of a yogurty thing for my DS - who misses yogurt. And it sounds so delicious!

Do you think it would work with regular milk?

Rice is out in our house but surprisingly DH is not allergic to cows milk.

I'm not sure, JollyGG. The thickener is a rice flour.
Have you tried just a regular boiled pudding/custard recipe, replacing the eggs with 1 tablespoon safe starch + 2 tablespoons water + 1 tablespoon safe oil?
