I am using my new cloth pads for the first time and I love them but cant seem to get the stains out. I first sprayed with spray and wash, washed..still stained. Then tried vineger, still stained, then spray and wash again..still stained. Any ideas? Do I need to soak them?

What I do is rinse them well after using, so that the stains don't have a chance to set in. Then I rub it with some soap and leave it to sit for a bit. Rinse, rub some more soap in, let sit again. This seems to work well for most stains.
You can also use peroxide to remove blood stains, though I'm not sure what effect it has on the fabric if you use it on a regular basis. After several washes it may or may not work though.

I rinse them in cold running tap water and wring them out over and over until the water runs clear. Then, I soak them in a very cold saltwater solution overnight. In the morning, I rinse and wring them a couple more times in cold tap water. This does the trick for me. The saltwater seems to get out anything that's left over after the rinsing and wringing. Easy schmeasy.
