Hep B vaccine linked to autism in boys - some questions

This was on www.naturalnews.com.

Any idea why no girls were studied? Any idea why 10 year old data was used?

(These are questions by the pro-vax people that I'm getting so I'm wondering if anyone has found answers.)

I think they probably focused on boys b/c boys are 4 times more likely to get autism then girls and 10 year old data b/c it takes time to gather data then time to put the study together. Perhaps it is also b/c of when the vaccine first got put into newborns? Wasn't that started in the 90's? Back then it probably still had alot of mercury in it.

It says that they used the latest data available

The results were compared to overall information found using probability samples from the National Health Interview Survey (NHIS) from 1997-2002 data sets (the latest available).
this is also when thimerosol was in the vaccine (it was phased out in 2002)

It's not thimerisol free. They'd like you to think that, though. The amount has been lowered to a level where they say "it should be considered thimerisol free" but it still contains it.

carrie (I beleive is somewhat pro vax) should be along with more info. I think that study (as usual) was grossly flawed. I'm a non vaxer and greatly appreciate her info/input.

since the study has not even been published yet and was merely a poster board presentation. It is currently undergoing peer review before publication...I can't see how anyone can determine if it is grossly flawed or not quite yet. I posted about this study already (jugs posted the link below) and carrie has already expressed her opinion.
