Why the cranberry? I was taking that BEFORE I conceived to help get a girl, but I stopped when I got the +. Should I keep taking those?
I am taking New Chapter Perfect Prenatals as well, and their Omega-7 (every other day or so) and an Omega-3 I just bought (don't remember the brand, but it's enetric coated). I eat pretty well, so I think that should do me.

PS- Thanks for the link, too, Sihaya

I take cranberry tablets all the time.. I have recurrent UTI problems, and cranberry tablets work better for that than cranberry juice (mainly I think because most cranberry juice has added sugar and the tablets are straight cranberry). If you don't get bladder infections then I don't see the point of taking them... but for me they can help prevent those which means less antibiotics for me in my future...

Alright, I am officially feeling over-supplemented!

I am taking:
Whole Foods based Multivitamin
Vitamin C
Folic Acid
Calcium, Magnesium, and Zinc (3 a day)
JuicePlus (2 a day)
Fish Oil (3 a day)
Crappy Probiotic (6 a day)
Clove of Raw Garlic at bedtime

I'm trying to alternate alot of it so I'm not taking so much everyday. I'm also thinking of adding a vitamin D supplement for the immune support.

I'm glad I'm not the only one taking so many stinking pills every day!

I'm on:
Megafoods Prenatal (4 a day)
Megafoods Blood Builder w/ B6, iron & folic acid (1 a day)
Calcium Lactate (3 a day)
Flax seed oil (2 a day)
Drenatrophin (Standard Process adrenal support, 2 a day)
Thymex (SP thymus gland support, 2 a day)
Wheat Germ Oil (2 a day)
Magnesium (1 a day)

I just went to see the nutritionist for an initial prenatal evaluation, and I'm supposed to be adding in 4 more Standard Process pills each day to cover more bases as soon as they come in.

I'm figuring out to try to take them throughout the day though. I am tired of getting up every night to pee already!

I am just starting my regime, but I'm taking Rainbow Light Complete Prenatal System (has probiotics), plus DHA/EPA, and additional Vitamin D3 which has has more and more promising studies done about its benefits.
